The Changes & Choices Workbook is divided into 3 parts:
Part 1: Changes in my life (includes units relating to managing conflict, time management and celebrating differences etc)
Part 2: Changes in me (includes units relating to growing up, puberty and independence etc)
Part 3: Making healthy choices (includes units relating to the peer group, alcohol/drug issues, and advertising and promotion etc).
The workbook promotes discussion and exploration of the topics through set group activities, with the goal of enhancing confidence and building resilience.
