An access code is the key that is printed on the inside front cover of your textbook, or purchased through a bookseller or through our website. When entered on the appropriate platform, an access code gives you access to your book in digital form, plus ancillary material.
A reactivation code can be purchased through our website or through a bookseller and provides you with an additional 15 months of access to your digital content. It is particularly helpful if you have purchased a secondhand book and the code in your book has already been redeemed.
A Digital Download is how our Flexibooks and some Primary and Secondary content is provided. Accessing a Digital Download does not require you to create an account or to log in. Simply follow the instructions that are provided with your code, and you will be able to easily access your product.
If your content is hosted on MyDigital then you can download our App in the App Store, which will allow you to access your content offline. If your content is on One Stop Digital, then you can download a PDF which can be viewed offline.
If you have purchased a product that is hosted on MyDigital, then you can purchase a reactivation code from our website. If your product is hosted on OneStop Digital or Macmillan Education Everywhere, then please contact Customer Support on customersupport@matildaed.com.au
Matilda Education currently uses three online platforms: MyDigital, Macmillan Education Everywhere and OneStop Digital. If you have a print book, you will be directed to the correct platform in the instructions on the inside front cover. If you have purchased a code from our website you will also be directed to the correct platform in the instructions that are provided along with the code.
Our digital products can only be accessed within Australia.
For the best functionality of our platforms, please use the Chrome broswer. Please ensure that you are regularly clearing your cache to assist with the platform functionality.
If your content is hosted on MyDigital then you can download our App in the App Store, which will allow you to access your content offline. If your content is on One Stop Digital, then you can download a PDF which can be viewed offline.
If you are having trouble with your digital resource, first check the FAQs to see if the answer is listed. If you are unable to find the answer or need further information, please contact Customer Support at customersupport@matildaed.com.au or call on 1300 277 235. Please always let us know what product you are using, the platform you are having trouble with and the access code you've been given, as well as any other relevant information.
If you have lost your username or password, you can click on the "Forgot username/password" option (OneStop Digital/MEE) or the "Trouble signing in" option (MyDigital). Follow the instructions when prompted. For other issues, please contact Customer Support on customersupport@matildaed.com.au. When emailing, remember to include as much detail as possible, including screenshots if necessary.
If you don't see this email straight away, please allow some time for it to come through. If you still don't see it, check your spam/junk folder, as emails from the platforms can end up here. If it is not here, please contact Customer Support on customersupport@matildaed.com.au
If your code takes this form XXX-XXX-XXX and you get this error message, have a look to see whether there is a zero in your code. If so, please try using a capital O in its place. Lowercase Ls may also be confused for uppercase Is and vice versa.
If you see this message, please contact Customer Support on customersupport@matildaed.com.au. Please remember to include the code.
Teacher books cannot be redeemed against the same account the respective student book has already been activated on. You will see a warning message to this effect come up before you confirm your student code. If you are a teacher, please do not activate a student code until you have spoken with your sales representative - you may be eligible for a complimentary teacher access code.
If your students are seeing a yellow padlock against some of their chapters on MEE, check to see whether you have given them access to those chapters when creating the virtual class.
If you purchase a 3-year licence you will be sent your allocated number of codes at the beginning of each year, until your access expires. For example, if you bought 10 3-year licences, you would be provided with 10 codes each year for three years.
Registering means creating an account on the platform. This is the first step that must be done before you can access your product. Once you have registered an account and have redeemed a code, you can simply log in each time to access your account and its linked products.
No, your login details are yours and yours only. Other people cannot use your details to log in.
